Pastoral Care

The Pastoral Care Team supports the Vicar in his ministry with the congregation. The team also enhances and co-ordinates the care that already takes place in our church between all our parishioners.

Some people may need a home visit, a hospital visit or just a chat on the phone. As part of this caring we have an active telephone prayer chain to pray for anyone who has a need.
